Are you using any browser extensions or have any Strikes affecting your account's status?

This usually happens if the video is already uploaded, therefore it cannot be rescheduled.
By the way, you must be part of the YouTube Partner Programme, maybe you were disconnected from it?

i havent had a problem like this myself, but you could try scheduling it after the video's processed? I hope this helps. sorry for your problems :/
