Escalated to Support Re-Joining Freedom - How do I link My Channel Again?

Hi guys,

So I decided to re-join Freedom! after having a change of heart about joining another network, and I can still log into the dashboard and everything, but my channel is obviously unlinked now as I requested to leave.

How do I link up my channel to my account again? I've looked everywhere but can't seem to find any buttons or forms to fill out to re-attach my channel to Freedom?

Any help would be great!
