IDK, I don't think so, because George mention in a video made a few years ago. He said that if your channel have one strike, they will not even accept you. So, I don't think so.

Whether monetisation is disabled for a channel on YouTube is always decided individually. Please note that it's also pretty likely for Freedom to actually throw you out of the Network once receiving the strikes.

Last month i have 3 strike & YT give me 7 days to resolve or my channel terminated. I have done to resolve & strike just 2 and decrease again just 1 strike (Last month my monetization still enable), support said that Freedom hold my payment because breaking the YouTube Terms of Service as well as Freedom!'s policies (Freedom not paid my earning at november 2017). Then this month my channel don't have anything strike & just have 1 strike (Monetization still enable) but my earning (December 2016) not paid. I try to write message to support, he said my channel is suspended. What.? My channel not suspended, i try to explain my problem to support & i hope Freedom paid my earning. I'm very frustate about this problem, i'm working fulltime for YouTube Channel & everyday uploaded videos. I don't have money to rent my house, just depend for this job. We are family, please help me. My channel grow up since i joined Freedom 3 years ago. Now I have 97k subscribes, I love Freedom. So please resolve my problem, I need my earning for now. Thanks everyone.

Could you tell me whether monetisation is enabled on your YouTube features page right now? Also, does your features page show Freedom as a network? From what I know two strikes often disable monetisation and it is possible your channel isn't actually in Freedom anymore.

Once you are partnered with the network and become unlinked for whatever the reason you will be payed up to the date you were connected with the network.

Once you are partnered with the network and become unlinked for whatever the reason you will be payed up to the date you were connected with the network.

December earnings 2016 are payed yesterday so what month are you waiting for as January is being paid at the end of March.

I don't know, Freedom give me payment or not. I hope Freedom paid my earning & appreciate my motivation to grow up.
I was already contacting suport & still waiting. I'm very sad & lost motivation

Yes it just 1 strike in my channel & my monetization still enable. Freedom must pay my earning. Same like 6 month ago, i have 1 strike but freedom still paid my earning. Please someone or freedom staff help me.

Well only support will be able to assist you there and look into it really. This can take a bit to get a reply though.

Well of course, the Support team has agents online at different times so not the same person will reply all the time. You can use the Website and just reply to a ticket as well so you know someone's been assigned to help you. Though if you reply to the Emails instead of writing a new one you will most likely stay with the same agent.
