Tips & Tricks question about fair use

I'm thinking of doing my top 10 films list for a video on youtube but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to use movie clips to show each film I like, but I'm sure if it's a small clip I heard that counts as fair use but I'm not sure!

does anyone know?

Best way to know is contract with the movie makers to get okay with those and contract with you partnership to let they know. but if its small clips I pretty sure you can but make contract movier makers to be on safe side.
