What is the certain number of posts and other interactions you need to promote a video? Please help.

You need five messages to post links anywhere on the Forums and you need to have thirty (30) posts to be a Full Member to post in the "Promote Yourself!" section. If you're a Freedom! Partner, link your Dashboard account to your Forums account and you'll be able to post there immediately.

As mentioned by LW001 you need a post count of 5 before you can post links to videos etc, though please note that advertising is only allowed in certain parts of the forum, and that inappropriate advertising outside of these areas may result in verbal warnings or warning points being applied to your account.
