Hey

If its showing that on the Freedom dashboard then dont worry as it doesn't work properly for a lot of partners. Just go to your YouTube dashboard Monetization settings to check if you are in the YPP

If there is nothing showing up there, then you have probably accepted it earlier. As for the Freedom dashboard, it shows that to me too and I know that I have already accepted YPP.

As said above if nothing is showing on the Monetization page then you have nothing to worry about, if it wasn't accepted it would have a blue button saying review terms.
