So, those of you who haven't watched this video uploaded to the Freedom! channel a few days ago, I suggest you watch it.

Basically, there is a game engine called PlayCanvas that lets you create games. Visit www.playcanvas.com for more info. In a later video, George reveals that the Freedom! Dashboard now has a new feature called Make A Game ( https://www.freedom.tm/dashboard/make-a-game ) . On this page you can find games submitted by other Freedom! members, and also submit games that you made using PlayCanvas, so that other Freedom! members can play your games.
Those of you who are interested in making games should give this a try.

Yeah seems like a cool tool... i like game makers, but Id rather a platform that can produce a stand alone game...
but this is probably a fun tool, and its free so.... yeah... pretty cool indeed!

I've always been kind of interested in developing a game, but I have absolutely no experience. Is unity something I could get involved with? Also is it free?

Yes, Unity is a great game engine to get started with, even if you have no experience in Game Development, and yes, it is free. Head over to www.unity3d.com to download it.
