Gaming [PC/XBOX360] Looking for some people to collab with for youtube

So I have realized that growing a channel on your own is hard and I decided to make it easier for me and for others

Requirements?

-MUST be able to play at LEAST 3 out of 7 days of the week for video recordings
-MUST be have xbox 360 OR a desktop that can run most multiplayer games
-MUST have skype
-MUST have a mic and a camera
-Preferably 14 yrs of age and up (for professionalism)

I have most that stuff. however I hate Skype. I mostly just do MC360. I am part of a Minecraft build team called OverRide Productions and I am currently looking for new members.
