It says I'm approved when I got to my revenue dashboard, but how the video says when you will get paid it doesn't let me know. Does Freedom pay you then it says the dates paid?

The earnings of the previous month are usually updated on the dashboard at the mid-end of the month up to the end of the month. This is due to we need to wait for the earnings files from YouTube, which makes the date different each month.
For example: You will be able to see your May monetized view earnings on the Freedom! dashboard on June 30 and will be paid out end of July (July 31).
