So I've been with Freedom for just over a year now. However, recently, my YouTube settings say that I am not connected with a network anymore. What I find even more confusing is that when it says "Partner with Freedom" and I click it, I'm taken to my dashboard under Freedom. Then when I go back to my settings, it still says I'm not partnered.

On top of that, my videos used to be monetized by Freedom and now I'm back to having to do it manually. Is there something I'm not doing right?

Me too, I have the same problem.
I'm partenered with freedom during 5 month (approximately), but now, i'm not partener ... Why ?
My dashboard say this : http://puu.sh/mzAKi.png
My youtube "options" say this : http://puu.sh/mzAQC.png

But I have already be partenered with freedom (some earning : http://puu.sh/mzAVD.png) (Yeah, i'm not earning some money ^^ But I have some new videos now).

I've not received any messages / mails mentionned that i'm no longuer partenerd with freedom ...

Can you help Kenny and me please ?

Hi @Kenny White and @Spectralys,

During the summer, Freedom! unlinked a large number of partners that no longer met the network's requirements. The network still does this periodically so this could've been what happened. The best thing to do in this scenario is to contact Partnership Support so a support agent can get in touch and assist you.

Click here to visit the Support Portal!

As for the "Partner with Freedom!" button on the features page, this shows for everyone who has the HeartBeat plugin installed and enabled. It has nothing to do with your partnership status. :)

@41Danny1 Ah, thank you kindly for aiding in my search for possible solutions to the problem. I have high hopes that the partnership can be gained back. Though I am rather curious about what possible requirements I could have failed to meet.
