I had a quick look at your channel and i think its great you want to upload again. Anyway for the channel itself:
Postives - mic quality seems good, really good picture quality and your avatar is somthing easily related to you so people will see the logo and know you staright away its your video.
Negatives - im not convinced on your channel banner ( your channel name isnt too visible on that background and it looks slightly messy because of it). Your thumbnails need more work they just look a little basic and dont stand out atall ( mine are not perfect myself)
These are just my opinions but i hope this helps in some way. I think with just a couple of changes you should be fine. Goodluck.
