Whoa. Okay, it has been a while since I opened the Support tab, it says there that:

So we have to make a new account. There's a new system for the support team now. Hopefully this will be better.

I have the same problem been 7-8 days now and still haven't gotten my invitation after being accepted i sent in a ticket and they're reviewing the problem now :)
