Solved Not Monetized...

Well
Im streaming and all my past streams have been monetized for views...
Last 3 streams it said "not monetized"... can't do much about it.. Do i create an adsense account? oh and i cant, when i go to the monetization menu i only get this:

nothing about an adsense account creation.. i have 9k views but why did it all out of a sudden say "not monetized" ?

Youtube changed their policy where monetization is enabled from 10K views. Besidrs that certain content is not allowed for ads anymore wich has a article about it in the newest newsletter from Ashley.
