Solved No payment from 2016

I was just curious if something new had to be done in order to get the payment from this year (2016)
I haven't received payment from December or January. I read on a few forum posts that there was a new form I needed to accept in order to be paid for 2016, But I never received it.

Payments get made 2 months later I believe it is. so what you earn on youtube during december will be paid around February time etc etc
