Solved NO PAID CONTENT ENABLED!

YO, I looked at my YouTube settings and I noticed that my 'Paid Content' setting wasn't green, and says I need to ask my Network or something? Can anyone help?

Paid content is not available for Freedom partners as I think partners would need to be on yearly contracts

As mentioned above due to being in a no-lock contract this option isn't available. Some networks do have this option and some don't with Freedom being one who hasn't.
