When did you join the Freedom! Network (when did you click the button on your YouTube features page)?

It would depend on when you joined Freedom, as your first earnings should be updated about a month after joining, and your first payment being done a month after that.

That is correct the dashboard updates at the end of each month for the preceeding month. I.e May's earnings will show at the end of June. Your dashboard should also been updated with Aprils earnings. Based off your screenshot it would appear your channel earned no revenue in March, don't forget that no all views are classed as 'monetised', this could be that people didn't interact with the ads displayed or left the video too soon for it to be counted.
