Ok I've been really out of the loop when it comes to Nintendo and where they stand on let's play's. When all the Nintendo debacle was going on I was not on youtube so I really did not pay that close attention to it simply because it did not apply to me. But I know they have there creator program so content creators can make revenue off Nintendo content on youtube. But in my case I'm not "big" enough yet to be able to get any revenue off of my videos. But my question is can I upload Nintendo stuff on my channel without being in there creators program? Will I get a strike on my channel or anything of that nature? Thanks!
