She works with any team composition really. She's pretty much Bastion, Zarya, and Reinhardt all in one so you could forgo one of those characters for Orisa.

I find Orisa pretty weak, can kill her in a couple shots with Widow. But hey it the team have a good comp then she may be pretty good.

Widow can kill anybody pretty easily given that the player is good enough. Also that's why you should have a counter sniper!
