Hi i was told that you can get gfx, intros, and outros made if i partnered with freedom so i am wondering where i get them at or who to contact. Please help.

You are not quite in the right place, but elsewhere on the forums, check under services/requests and offers/ then ask there.
People there do both paid and free ones, just make sure that you both know that money is or isn't going to be involved.
