Our youtube channel has been suspended for reasons unknown, we cant access our youtube channel.

We dont know what happened and why our youtube channel has been suspended.

We contacted the freedom support 2 times and still no reply (We wait for 6 days)
We are very very disappointed !!

We need help !

He told us "our YouTube account is not suspended for copyright.

Well then you just have to wait for them to respond. Freedom Support is busy with other matters too, but i believe they get around to your tickets when they are done with those posted before you

Be sure not to send multiple tickets as it will send yours to the back of the queue again. Did you receive any information about why the channel was suspended? Usually you will receive a message of why it happened.
