Need big help with a new banner! anyone up for it?

Hello guys, looking for some help, i'm not really that good with making of banner's

so if anyone could help me that would be great up for both paid and free so send me suggestions.
it should be similar to my Youtube pic if i say so, and should contain NevoriusOfficial and have som association with gaming.
