GFX Request Need a new Youtube banner!

Hey guys I need a new Youtube banner! I think my current Youtube banner is awesome but I don't think it fits in with my videos since I don't record CS:GO, Minecraft and TF2 much! Anyways it would be awesome if someone made me a new banner for free! Here are some of the details on the banner that I would love!
Make the background color Dark Blue/Blue!
Please put a Twitter logo in on the left and a @GamingIceNova under it!
Now please put GamingWithIceNova in the middle!
Finally please put a Steam logo with a /GamingWithIceNova under it!
Thanks and sorry if I sound like I'm taking these for granted!
