YouTube
Ashens (Reviews everything which is not interesting in an interesting way)
Avex (Japanese music label which has my favourite band under their wings)
Cinemassacre (AVGN inspired me a lot)
Stoned Gremlin Productions (I like almost everything Brad Jones is producing)
Game Chasers (2 pricks are hunting video games)
Abroad in Japan (Japan with British humour)

I watch probable 70 % of all moving pictures on Youtube tbh.

My 2 years old son loves
Glove and Boots (Sesame Street for the whole family)
Reviewtechusa (he actually loves his voice, it`s calms him down)
Theodore Tusk (A fellow mammal does unboxing)

However, we only watch it in case Postman Pat, Let It Go or Baby Metal aren`t on... (Damn, we need a PC just for him lol)

The really big ones are Jelly and Kwebbelkop, but if about 40k-200k subs is enough to be called big, then Bay Area Buggs, Jeff Favignano, and the rest of the Code Zero Gaming crew
