It looks really good for me I guess the crane is not much readable I know u want to have the same color scheme but maybe place it somewhere else but yea other than that its a really cool idea to make this awesome

A good test for your logo is to take it to a friend who hasn't seen it show it to them for 3 seconds then have them draw it from memory. The closer they get the better.
I would recommend you remove the crown and the "cranee" makes it much simpler, remember the point of a logo is for people to remember it.
