Solved My channel never gets views :(

hello, iv an issue.
ive hadd by channel for a year now but aint
getting views, i just get 20 views a video and all of them are my friends.
ive tried every single tutorials on youtube ggrowin and tags and stuff like that.
any tips, ive always sharingg vids on social medias.

Well if you are already sharing the video, writing great tags, and descriptions. And putting as much work as you can into making the best thumbnail and high quality video, there isn't much more we can suggest.

You must be active and upload at least once a week...

And you can improve your thumbnails too :

You have 230 subscribers and they are all inactive (almost)
Sub4sub is bad... You can try to do playlist4playlist or to collaborate with orthers youtubers

But don't do it again.. It's not authorized and if you do it a lot, you'll have problems

@Sab4afa Well I looked at your channel, and honestly just the stats on the about page is enough to draw me away from it again. 230 subscribers and less than 60 views. (0,23 Sub/view rate, which is very bad). Try upload more videos, stop doing sub4sub. Also Improve your About page, try describe more what your content is about and who you are.
