Hello, I have been doing YouTube for almost 3 years now and I have not seen much growth in my channel subscribers or views. I don't really know what I can do in order to grow my channel if you guys can help me let me know and or have any suggestions what I can do please message me.

Ok, you got proper thumbnails, nice banner and profile picture, so that's good. I think you need to work on your tags, I watched one of your video and you don't seem to have proper tags, also I think your videos are too long, so your audience retention might drop which will affect how high you get in rankings. Thats all I see, you just need to work on that and also promotion use community like google plus, reddit, facebook, twitter to promote, find community that matches your niche and post there, interact , You will see growth, I have been growing through promotion myself, so its pretty good.
