It seems like every time when I upload I lose another 2 or 3 subscribers. What the heck is going on? Youtube Changing the Algorithm which I thought was a myth is actually starting to affect me. Does anyone actually know whats going on?

Try seeing your channel analytics on your YouTube Dashboard to see if it's YouTube removing subscribers or just people unsubscribing.

yup its removing subs lol. The other day as soon as I uploaded I lost 4 subs. my channel has been on negative subs for about 2 months now

I don't know what is going on but yes i experience the same. I keep going back and forth with my sub count and it seems i only gain views for livestreaming but not for the video afterwards.
