So I want to start a let's play of Pokemon Leaf Green, running off an emulator, however, since it isn't fullscreen, I thought a nice border around the game would help. I would like it Pokemon themed, and green-coloured, but otherwise, the design is up to you.
Here's what the recording will look like, I need the black spaces covered by the border, and the blue space in the middle is where the game is, so it has to be just transparent, as I will be using OBS to record this.
