Depending on her size any network she can get into with a good revshare would be good. How many views a month / subscribers does she have?

Really that's a subjective question - what one of us says is a good network could turn out to be one your friend hates. If your friends channel is copyright free and has the ability to monetise the videos I would thoroughly recommend Freedom
If not it might be best asking your friend what sort of things she is looking to get from her network and then trying to find one offering these things
