I wanted to summit a ticket. But I try to log in and it won't match any of my email or password. I try to reset my password but it shows that the email is not in the database. Any help?

Hmm strange, can you login on the Freedom Dashboard with the same information your using to get into support?This the opinion is giving me. No google+ log in.

Did you read annoucement on main page that they are moving system to new page?

As @midzan21 explained, you will need to create a new account in order to use the Support Portal. The reason for this is because Partnership Support uses a platform that's separate from the forums and the dashboard. The following video will guide you through creating a new support account and submitting your first ticket if you need it.
