-Fair use. -Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use. This isn't fair use, it's copyright infringement. You can put whatever you want in your descriptions but just saying "I'm not infringing on anyone's copyright" doesn't make it OK.

Yeah. This isn't fair use. It's breaking copyright laws and if it's monetized that is a big no no!

How exactly do you want the sentence to be formed to not be an assumption to you if I may ask?

meaning did not want regular members answer the question i can it might come off as rude but i can trust answers from regular members as much as trusting that guy discretion but im starting to see a pattern here these guys are not taking any chances at all seem like a mass account/upload tactic for making money so dont matter if they get ban on 1 account or 2
