I think the fact that you guys work with a 3D printer and take requests from your audience is super cool!

The time lapse was a pleasure to watch, there's something really satisfying about seeing a functional (or even a prop) object being 3D printed to life. The stand itself actually reminds me of the Spigen S10 Mobile Stand (the stand that I'm currently using to hold my tablet.) Also nice choice of music!

If I were to make one suggestion, it'd be to set up perhaps another camera angle or two (just have more cameras recording at once) for the time lapses. Switching between them during the video will make things more interesting and the viewer would be able to see more!

Keep up the great work @Matt Kriel!

Hi Danny,

Thank you so much for the kind words, it is satisfying to get awesome feedback :) I have just purchased a new camera so we will be having more views of the time lapse in future videos.
That's awesome! :D What camera did you get? I myself tried a two camera setup in my last video and for that I used my Sony A58 DSLT and my iPhone, it worked pretty well.

Make sure to share your future videos with the community so we can see what you're printing!

I got a Cannon 600D ( i know its a cheap camera but build up slowly to the Good stuff slowly :) ) which will take a video time lapse but ill speed the video up to keep inline with the other time lapses :D , Im doing a test with it today and should have a video up next week of the test print :D I'll definitely share it with the community ;)

Hey my A58 isn't very expensive either, but they're both great cameras to be honest! If you want quality from your camera, the lens you're using should be a bigger priority than the camera body itself any way. :) Good luck with the tests!
