In this video, I talk about how the Phase Shift payload is unfair, and how its owerpowered when combined with the Perception trait. You could say the Phase Shift itself is already overpowered, and when combined with Perception it becomes broken. The Phase Shift makes you basically completely invisible and invincible for a few seconds which is just too strong. And when combined with Perception, it only amplifies this problem.
