First of all, i see your channel doesn't have any customized art for it.
Try to make your own logo and banner that shows who you are and what you do.
Also thumbnails would make your videos more appealing to your audience, which will mean more clicks, and more views!
Then last thing, tell people something about yourself in the about tab on your channel. And you could make a video to show off to new people to your channel where you tell them a bit about what your channel is about and what your viewers can expect form you!

I got myself photoshop and i made a banner Thank you for tips
Sound is pretty low on some vids but they are good though. Would also suggest adding your logo to your thumbnails so people know its you when they see your vid.
