I think this is a good topic on how to improve your channel,
That's based on visiting each others YouTube channels and look for 3 thinks you dislike and like !
lets start:
Visit my youtube channel and tell my what in your opinion I should change list of 3 and the peases what make it look more professional

Hello I wanna do it.

Not really Likes and Dislike just opinions...

1- The banner its a bit too dark. I love the style and the picture It just feels dark to me.
2- I would add Social Media

It really helps you and it's a way to advertise your channel

3- I would work on the Thumbnails. I like the

Thumbnails but the rest are kind of random. I'm not the best at it either but just something you can focus on.

Likes

1- Love how you are organized and separated all the games into playlists. Not a lot of people do that

2- I really liked your Intro It looks amazing

3- Tropico 5 Gameplay it's awesome and It really made me want to go play it. Very High quality and no lags. Keep it up

Your Channel banner is also really good
Also i love your intro, im not really a fan of intro's because they're all exactly the same nowadays but your's just feels different to others and i actually like it

Even though i like your banner i don't like how some of the games on your banner are games that you haven't actually uploaded
I think you should change the colour of the text in your logo because its sometimes hard to see

Dislikes:
- The CAPS in video titles.
- I would adjust the avatar, the colorfull image against the dark background doesn't fit well.
- The banner lower text is pink wich is the same color as the banner itself, i would go for a different color to make it pop out more

Likes:
- Your about section is updated with your system lay-out wich is good for fellow Pc gamers.
- Thus far your consistent with the uploads, keep it up
- The way you interact with the audience trough the video description.

I prefer to use profile pic, which will be look same as the banner
You should talk to some designers for intro
You should use microphone and record your comment in videos
