Escalated to Support I'm Partnered, But My Channel Isn't

The title pretty much tells it all. Myself is partnered with Freedom! and I can open up the Freedom! dashboard with my Google+ account. But when I checked my channel, I'm not partnered with you guys. There is no "Partnered" text and "MCN Freedom (Any.tv)" text found anywhere in my YouTube Dashboard. I can't monetize my content too.

Why is this happening? How can I make my channel partnered with Freedom! again even though I have a Freedom! account?

I joined Freedom! in around December / January.
