Solved If i'm Youtube Partner, can i join Freedom?

I really need help, i have applied at freedom but in my dashboard dont have a "Learn More" button.
My channel have all the requirements..
In top of my dashboard have this:
"Youtube Partner" so i want to know if this is why i dont receive the "Learn More" Button.

Better send a ticket to support, they help you with it, i had the same problem.
They will ask you to send a screenshot of your youtube dashboard.
