GFX Request Icon/Banner needed

Hello there! I was wondering if anyone would be willing to make a icon and a banner for me. The icon can be as simple as a revamp of my current, and the banner would need myself, and my two partners above our title (We Are Kurs'D). I'm able to negotiate a price for payment, via paypal or something.
