Honestly, I find these types of games more enjoyable to watch people play than games like first-person shooters, so no worries on that! You also did a good job talking through the whole thing! The only thing I might say to improve on is trying to have a bit more energy. For example, when you were talking about how scared you were, you didn't really have any "scared" emotion in your voice, so people might find it hard to believe the game isn't actually boring you.
That's the only criticism I have, though, and that'll probably get better the more you do youtube. Everything else was great! : )
Edit: P.S. I say this as someone who also struggles a lot with being more energetic in videos, so that tends to be the thing I notice in other people's videos, as well.
