There is a certain cringyness to them, and I think that if you use tags that people are actually going to search for you might get more views. Seriously, nobody uses "Queefyishere" in search or "Kremestar", but both of those tags need to go because they have nothing to do with your videos. It's lazily done, as you said, and I think you should put more effort into them as to make more people interested and subscribe, but as well you need to keep that cringe value that makes it work for you at the moment.
Your category should be "Entertainment" instead of "People & Blogs" since there really isn't much of you to speak of.
