Your channel will be reviewed by a staff member.
After your channel is approved you will get the CMS Invite an the "Learn more Button" in your YouTube Dashboard.
I don't know how much time it will take. I think you should wait 2 - 3 days.
If you haven't received an invite after 3 days you should create an support ticket.

It usually can take a time because all channels in Freedom are reviewed by hand, this is to make sure all channels are legit and actually active.
