Try to lower your settings in the game and video settings to an acceptable degree then hope for the best. Also do check out the aforementioned link. All the best.

Turn graphics all the way down, of course that won't look good, but at least you can record

As people have mentioned above reduce the graphical settings of the game your recording. Also don't have too many programs active in the background.

Turn your graphics and stuff down until it's suitable for recording. It would be a bit bad, but you'll still be able to record xD

Use a recording software that doesn't use much CPU, you could search or ask people for a low-end CPU recording software and of course turning down your settings and making the screen you're playing on smaller so your PC doesnt have to load as many pixels because that used to help me run games on my old PC

Or if you got some spare money, you could as well grab a Capture-Card and capture with that, instead of using PC Power
