Solved How to put Youtube channel at bottom of profile

So since you can't post your YouTube content (only on the "Advertise your Content" community) but I still can't post on there because I don't have the full membership of 30 posts. How do people put their youtube name at the bottom of their posts? It's like

Youtube Name
Subscribe (Sub count)
