Section 10 talks to great extent about how the contract can be terminated:

The term ("Term") of this Agreement shall be in full force and effect commencing on the Effective Date, and shall continue perpetually; however, at any time, either Party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice for any reason or no reason. [...]
