I used to live stream a lot but the most viewers I would get is 25. I want to start live streaming again, does anyone have tips for how to get more views on live streams?

Be yourself. Interact with your chat when they are there and talking.

Streaming for long periods of time can help too. On some of my longest streams people kept coming in and out calling me nuts for streaming 12+ hours without stopping. I think they were intrigued to see how much longer I could last XD
