There are four ways to get in touch with Freedom! support easily.

WWW.SUPPORT.TM METHOD
Go to www.support.tm and click on "Open Ticket". From there, click on the Black "Login" box and create an account if you haven't or login with your current credentials. Click the Green "Create a New Case" and you're good to go!
FORUMS METHOD
Head on over to the Freedom! Forums at www.community.tm and click on the blue "Support" menu link. Click on "Open Case" and you now have access to their support portal.
SOCIAL MEDIA
You may tweet their social media page at @FreedomFAQ (https://twitter.com/FreedomFAQ) but it might take a while. Submitting a ticket through the support.tm portal will be faster and more confidential.
E-MAIL (LAST RESORT)
