My Channel idea is about science/tech news, but even if I get the optimized Title, Thumbnail, Tag and Description, i think i will have a problem to get a lot of hits through direct search. News are handled at the same time by so many people that my channel never appears on the first few pages. (For example my video about Falcon Heavy only hits the first page for 1 of the Tags (my personal name) and my Stephane Hawking video hits the first page only for the very specific tag "Hawking's scientific heritage" (2.8% of my views are from direct search).
Would you guys advise me to make more specific tags and maybe even skip the regular one everybody is using for the news?
Or any other tips for increasing the traffic on my channel?
