So this is not me telling you how to do this. I am asking for help which can inturn help people to do this also.
I use Elgato software and when I open it and add webcam feature the CPU sky rockets...
I'm not going to mention my specs because my PC is incredible as it is =^.^=....
My friend told me about switching CPUs etc. which I never heard of till now and I am guessing he means the cores? if that is the case I looked up some information but it doesn't really help me that much as you have to do it manually every single time to all applications. By going into the task manager.
Is there a different way that is much smoother so I don't have to do it every time and which allows me to select multiple applications at a time?
Or is there something I am forgetting and could perhaps help with additional information?
