People don't just find your videos just from tags. Tags is just a small feature to use which doesn't really make a big impact on your channel. You maybe need an engaging thumbnail (not click bait, will make the opposite effect). Also, it might be on what your video is based on, whether your videos you are currently posting is quite popular. Focus on what makes you want to click on videos, yourself.
