First of all you shouldn't be advertising your channel in the discussion threads of the forums, please familirise yourself with the forum and sectional rules if you haven't done so already.

As for your question how do you grow bigger on Youtube that is quite a complex thing, as there isn't a sure fire way to grow. The main ways to help stimulate your channel growth I have listed below :
- Have some kind of upload schedule and make this known to your viewers, this could be a video every week or month or whatever your happy doing
- Make sure your releasing good quality content, take the time with your uploads this means making sure you have good audio, good editing
- Learn how to utilise Youtube tags, as this will potentially help your videos be seen by a wider audience, also make sure you are only including relevant tags to the video
- Make eye catching thumbnails to grab viewers attention
- Socialise - What i mean is talk to other users not blindly asking for views / subs as this is against Youtube and Freedom terms of service, get to know other users and take an interest in their channel / hobbies etc. Remember if people see you making an effort they are more likely to check you out
- Make the most of social media learn to advertise your channel through sites such as Facebook / Google + / Twitch / Twitter I'm sure you get the point and be sure to link these in your YouTube profile.

@zeke morgan pretty much covered everything with regards to growing your channel. Though nothing is ever set. There is no true formula on growing your channel as it all depends on what you are comfortable with.

I would also like to add one last tip to all this, JUST HAVE FUN! :D(y) (Y) people don't enjoy videos if the YouTuber is not enjoying it either. When I started, I joined in with the mindset of "oooooh, I can make extra money from this" and nobody really enjoyed my videos. Now that I found my passion for it, things started getting better and better.

It's a long process, I'm still learning how to make decent thumbnails, but just don't give up ;)
